District Council Badin invites sealed bids from eligible contractors and firms for a series of civil works projects across various union councils and villages in Badin district. The works include construction of water course culverts, brick pavement roads, and bridges, with a total estimated cost of Rs. 89.95 Million. Contractors must be registered with PEC in the relevant category, possess valid Sindh Revenue Board and FBR/NTN certificates, and demonstrate experience in similar works. Earnest Money (CDR) of 5 percent of the estimated cost and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3000 per scheme are required. Bids must be submitted online via the EPAD system (https://eprocure.gov.pk) by 28-08-2026, 10:00 AM, with opening at 10:30 AM the same day at the District Council Badin office. A second attempt is scheduled for 16-09-2026 if required.
