Water Filter Cartridges (Pair) for International Islamic University Islamabad

The International Islamic University Islamabad Campus (IIUI) is procuring Water Filter Cartridges (Pair) on a fixed rate contract/agreement basis for a period of two years. This procurement is specifically for the Islamabad Campus and aims to ensure the supply and maintenance of water filter cartridges compatible with the existing filtration systems at IIUI. The technical scope includes the supply of polyethylene/polypropylene filters with a filtration rating of 0.3 micron and activated carbon block filters suitable for removing chlorine, odor, taste, and organic impurities. The filters must sustain a minimum working pressure of 50 PSI and be of brands such as Aqua Drop, Pure, or equivalent. The supplier is required to provide free replacement of filter cartridges every four months or as needed during the service period, along with a four-month warranty against leakage or manufacturing defects. Backup and after-sales services during the warranty period must be provided free of cost. Samples of the offered filter cartridges must be submitted with the quotation for testing and verification. Eligible bidders should comply with PEC categories if applicable, be registered with FBR/ATL, and demonstrate relevant experience.
