Tender Description
Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) invites electronic bids for the supply, testing, and commissioning of water filtration plants at its salt mines located in Kalabagh and Jata Bahdur Khel. This tender is issued under the administrative control of the Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division) and targets suppliers registered with Sales Tax, Income Tax Department, Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA), and those on the active taxpayer list of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

The scope includes the complete supply and installation of water filtration plants at two distinct salt mine sites. The technical requirements emphasize quality materials and adherence to site-specific conditions at Kalabagh and Jata Bahdur Khel. Bidders must ensure compliance with all technical specifications and standards outlined in the bidding documents.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with relevant tax authorities including Sales Tax, Income Tax, and PRA, and to be on the FBR active taxpayer list. Experience in similar supply and commissioning projects will be advantageous. Earnest Money in the form of bid security amounting to PKR 75,000 per lot is mandatory.
The tender documents are available electronically and can be downloaded free of cost from the EPADS/PPRA website. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 13-08-2016 at 11:00 AM. The tender opening will take place on the same day at 11:30 AM at the PMDC Head Office in Islamabad.
