This tender invites experienced contractors to undertake extensive construction and rehabilitation works for water supply and sewerage infrastructure in Makli, Sindh under the Town Committee Makli. The scope includes laying PVC water supply pipelines of various diameters, sewerage lines, construction of pump houses, open drains, underground and surface water tanks, and rehabilitation of public parks and office buildings. These works are critical for improving the municipal water and sanitation services in multiple wards and villages within Makli, ensuring better public health and infrastructure resilience. The projects involve the use of quality construction materials such as RCC pipes with rubber ring joints, cement concrete, and reinforced steel, with strict adherence to engineering specifications. The sites are spread across different wards and localities including Ward No. 07, Session Court area, Ghulamullah Road, and various villages like Shabir Samoon and Narija Village. Contractors must be prepared to manage excavation, pipe laying, compaction, and finishing works while overcoming challenges related to soil conditions and urban infrastructure. Bidders must hold valid PEC registration in relevant categories, active NTN and SRB registration, and demonstrate at least three years of relevant experience with a turnover between PKR 2 to 4 million. Compliance with FBR/ATL requirements and submission of Earnest Money in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost is mandatory.
