Bidders must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant category and discipline, renewed for 2024-25, and be registered with BRA, NTN, and Sales Tax authorities where applicable. Firms must be active on the FBR ATL and demonstrate three-year similar experience and turnover. A non-refundable tender fee of **PKR 1,500** and bid security of **2 percent for each work** are required.
