Water Supply, Overhead Reservoir and Solar Pressure Pump Works in Khyber District

Public Health Engineering Division Khyber, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites eligible contractors to submit bids through EPADS for water supply, overhead reservoir, solar pumping and rehabilitation works under ADP No. 251286. The works cover Khyber District locations including Bara and Landi Kotal. The procurement follows the single stage two envelopes procedure, with separate technical and financial bids. Mandatory lot list: Lots 1-11 comprise DWSS works at Yaseen Shah/Jamal Baz Kallay, Khiyal Bad Khan Argalinadi, Hazrat Kallay Sepah Area, Sabaz Ali Kallay/Zarwali Masjid, Achini Area Bara, Sepah Area Bara, Sepah and surrounding area, Aka Khel-1, Aka Khel-2, Aka Khel-3, and Qaziano Kallay Mansoor Check Post Bara, estimated at **PKR 3.195-3.261 million** each. Lots 12-23 comprise 5,000-gallon overhead reservoirs at Akhtar Jan Star Kallay, Kambarabad Area, Said Nawab Kallay Sepah, Abdusatar Kallay Sena Hospital, Malak Din Khel Area, Kamar Khel Area, Aka Khel Area, Zia Ud Din Area, Sepah Area, Shalobar Area, Zakir Kalay Shahid Chairman Shalobar, and Tehsil Bara, each estimated at **PKR 1.995 million**. Lots 24-38 comprise solar based pressure pumps at Paro Khel, Sheikhmal Khel, Khyber Zakha Khel, Mullagori, Mukhtiar Khel, Khoga Khel, Mirdad Khel and Ash Khel in Landi Kotal, estimated at **PKR 2.450-2.710 million**. Lots 39-41 cover revitalization of existing DWSS Shinwari Area Landikotal, DWSS Sambaba Tarki Khel and surrounding area, and DWSS Malik Din Khel Mehran Kallay and surrounding area, estimated at **PKR 1.410-3.814 million**. Work-wise Bid Solicitation Documents, BOQs, eligibility requirements and evaluation criteria are available on EPADS and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa PPRA website. Bidders must maintain active KPRA registration and submit a **2% bid security** of the engineer's estimated cost as an original CDR in favour of the Executive Engineer. Technical and financial bids must be uploaded through EPADS by **19 August 2026 at 1100 hours**. Original security must also reach the office at Plot 40, Sector B-II, Phase-V, Hayatabad, Peshawar by that deadline. Technical bids open on **19 August 2026 at 1130 hours**.
