Contractors must provide prompt repairs in emergencies and guarantee a three-month warranty on all repairs. The work involves site visits across multiple sub-divisions within Dir Lower. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the years 2025-27, renewal with the Provincial Enlistment Committee, and active registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA). Electrical and mechanical contractors must have a registered workshop in Dir Lower and a valid electrical inspector’s certificate for 2026-27.
