Tender Description
The Public Health Engineering Division Dir Lower invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors for annual maintenance and repair works of completed water supply schemes in Dir Lower for the financial years 2025-26 and 2026-27. This tender is issued under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) rules and requires compliance with all relevant registration and certification requirements.

The scope includes annual maintenance and repair (AM&R) of water supply schemes, covering civil, electrical, and mechanical works to ensure operational efficiency and sustainability of water supply infrastructure. Contractors must provide prompt repairs in emergencies and guarantee a three-month warranty on all repairs. The work involves site visits across multiple sub-divisions within Dir Lower.
Eligibility criteria include valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the years 2025-27, renewal with the Provincial Enlistment Committee, and active registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA). Electrical and mechanical contractors must have a registered workshop in Dir Lower and a valid electrical inspector’s certificate for 2026-27. Affidavits prioritizing public interest and commitment to timely repairs are mandatory.
Bidders must submit bids electronically via the EPAD system, including original earnest money/stamp duty in the form of a call deposit before the closing date. The original call deposit must be sent to the Executive Engineer PHE Division Dir Lower by courier before 12:00 PM on 2025-08-06. Bids will be opened at 12:30 PM the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
