Khyber Medical University, Peshawar invites sealed tenders through the E-PADS system from well-established parties, contractors, and firms registered with KPRA for S.No.1, Income Tax registered on the Active Tax Payers List of FBR and KPRA, and Sales Tax and Excise & Taxation Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The procurement includes multiple items and services for KMU campuses and affiliated institutes. Items being procured: - Web Hosting Service for Multiple online portals at KMU Main Campus - Purchase of Laptop (01 No.), Photocopiers (03 Nos.), LED Screen 55 inch (12 Nos.) - Supply and installations of CCTV Cameras at KMU-IHS, D.I. Khan - Supply and installations of CCTV Cameras at KMU-IHS, Islamabad - Queue Management System (QMS) at KMU Main Campus The scope covers IT infrastructure including web hosting, hardware procurement such as laptops, photocopiers, LED screens, and security installations of CCTV cameras at KMU institutes in D.I. Khan and Islamabad. Additionally, a queue management system is to be installed at the main campus. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and KPRA, ensuring compliance with local procurement regulations. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 15/09/2026 at 1100 hours in the Committee Room of KMU. All bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PADS portal on or before 11:00 AM on 29/09/2026 following a single stage two envelope process. Manual submissions are not accepted. Bid security of 2% in the form of CDR in favor of the Treasurer must be uploaded on E-PADS and the original submitted to the Chairman Purchase Committee at KMU, Hayatabad, Peshawar before the deadline.
