Welding of 178 No Tower Nut Bolts up to 08 Meter Height of 220kV Tarbela-Mardan Transmission Line

The National Grid Company of Pakistan (NGCP) invites qualified contractors for the welding of 178 tower nut bolts up to 08 meters height along the 220kV Tarbela-Mardan Transmission Line in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This project is under the 500KV T/L(M) Manager Asset Management Circle NGCP-North Peshawar. The scope includes welding works on towers located between 220kV Grid Station Mardan and Tarbela Power House, covering districts Mardan and Swabi. The contractor must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with valid EE-05, C-6, and CE-10 licenses and registered on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR and KPRA. Experience in welding nut bolts on towers is mandatory. The contract follows a single stage, single envelope procedure with bids submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0. Earnest Money in the form of Call Deposit or Bid Securing Declaration is required at 2% of the bid value. The contract duration is 25 days with a bid validity of 180 days. Bidders should attend the pre-bid meeting on April 27, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the 500kV Grid Station, Sheikh Muhammadi, Badhber, Peshawar. Submission deadline is May 6, 2026, at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual bids are not accepted. The contract requires a 10% performance guarantee and adherence to all safety, environmental, and labor regulations.
