Welding of 178 Towers Nuts Bolts up to 08-Meters Height of 220kV Tarbela – Mardan Transmission Line

National Grid Company of Pakistan (NGCP) Limited invites bids for welding works on 178 towers nuts and bolts up to 08-meters height on the 220kV Tarbela – Mardan Transmission Line. This procurement is managed by the TL M Division NGCP Peshawar. Items being procured: - Welding of 178 towers nuts bolts up to 08-meters height of 220kV Tarbela – Mardan Transmission Line The scope includes welding works on transmission towers at specified heights, ensuring structural integrity and safety compliance. The work site is located along the Tarbela to Mardan transmission corridor, requiring experienced contractors with relevant PEC registration in the appropriate category. Bidders must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council and comply with the PEC Single Stage – Single Envelope (SSSE) procedure on the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) v2.0 and PPRA rules. Bid security of not less than 2% of the estimated amount in PKR (refundable) must be submitted in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan, favoring Deputy Manager TL M Division NGCP Peshawar, valid for 180 days beyond bid validity. Bids shall be submitted electronically via E-PADS v2.0 by 20-08-2026 at 02:00 p.m. and will be opened the same day at 02:30 p.m. in the presence of bidders. Original bid security must be submitted physically to the Deputy Manager TL M Division NGCP Peshawar office before 02:00 p.m. on 20-08-2026. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the office of Senior Manager TL M Division NGC, 500kV Grid Station Sheikh Muhammadi, Badaber, Peshawar. No bids other than through E-PADS v2.0 will be accepted. If a public holiday falls on the tender opening date, the tender will be opened on the next working day.
