Welding Accessories Tool and Equipment with 51 Items

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. The procurement is for welding accessories tools and equipment comprising 51 distinct items as per Annexure A. Items being procured: - Welding Accessories Tool & Equipment with 51 x items The procurement will be conducted under PPRA and MoDP rules. The delivery period is 2 months after signing the contract. The scope includes supply of specialized welding tools and accessories suitable for industrial heavy manufacturing environments at Taxila. Eligible bidders must submit photocopies of registration/pre-qualification/indexation letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP or government/semi-government organizations, attested copies of sales tax registration and NTN certificates, audit reports for the last 3 financial years, attested bank statements for the last year, CNIC copies of CEO/Director, trade link documents between firm and OEM if distributor/agent, and a judicial certificate worth Rs 100 attested by Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted or suspended. Documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last 3 financial years with government or semi-government organizations is also required. A postal order of Rs 2000 must be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. The tender submission deadline is **21 August 2026 at 10:30 hours**, with bid opening at 11:00 hours the same day.
