Welding of 178 Tower Nuts Bolts up to 08-Meters Height of 220KV Tarbela – Mardan Transmission Line

The National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC) invites bids for specialized welding works at the 220KV Tarbela – Mardan Transmission Line in Peshawar. This procurement is managed by the TL M Division NGC Peshawar and focuses on critical maintenance and repair activities to ensure the reliability and safety of the transmission infrastructure. Items being procured: - Welding of 178 tower nuts bolts up to 08-meters height of 220KV Tarbela – Mardan Transmission Line The technical scope involves welding works on tower nuts and bolts at heights reaching up to 8 meters, requiring skilled labor and adherence to safety standards. The work is to be performed on the transmission line infrastructure, demanding precision and compliance with engineering specifications. Eligible bidders must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category and comply with the PEC Single Stage – Single Envelope (SSSE) procedure. Bidders should also be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and have relevant experience in similar electrical infrastructure projects. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) version 2.0 by 20-08-2026 at 02:00 p.m. The bid opening will occur on the same day at 02:30 p.m. Original bid security of 2% of the estimated amount in PKR, refundable, must be submitted in the form of a CDR or bank guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan, valid for 180 days beyond the bid validity date.
