Supply of White Printing / Writing Paper Ruled (Lined) Size 17x27 inches Weight 68 grams

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Lahore invites tenders from firms registered under Sales Tax Act, Income Tax, and Active Taxpayer (FBR) for the procurement of White Printing / Writing Paper Ruled (Lined) through the E-Procurement System. The procurement is for 58,000 reams of white printing/writing paper sized 17 by 27 inches with a weight of 68 grams per ream. Items being procured: - White Printing / Writing Paper Ruled (Lined) (Local Paper), Size 17" x 27", Weight 68 gram, Quantity 58,000 reams The paper must have high finish, grammage of 68 grams, size 17x27 inches, minimum 12% Brust Factor, minimum 80% brightness, and minimum 85% opacity. The awarded firm will be responsible for ruling (lining) on both sides of the paper with 50 lines on each side in light blue color. General specifications include 500 sheets per ream, no ink penetration or spread, uniform thickness, formation and texture, suitability for printing and writing on both sides, and supply free of damage sheets. The estimated amount for this procurement is Rs. 159,500,000 (One Hundred Fifty Nine Million and Five Hundred Thousand only). A bid security of 5% of the estimated price (Rs. 7,975,000) is required. Performance guarantee is 10% of the contract amount. The tender follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per rule 38 (2) (a) of PPR-2014.
