Tender Description
The Executive Engineer Road Construction and Works Public Procurement & Housing Department District Mastung invites bids for the widening and improvement of B/T Road from Sheerinab Road to Sheikh Wasil Road in District Mastung. This tender is for the fiscal year 2026 and is based on Composite Schedule Rates 2023 on Percentage Rates.

The project involves civil works related to road construction and improvement, including widening and upgrading the existing bituminous road. The site is located in Mastung district, Balochistan. The scope requires experienced contractors with PEC registration in category C-2 or above, specialized codes CE02(IX) for Culvert and CE01 for general road works. Bidders must have completed culvert or bridge works in the last 3 years and similar road construction/improvement works amounting to at least 70% of the estimated cost in the last 5 years.
Eligibility criteria include presence on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL), no blacklisting by any procuring agency of Pakistan or Balochistan Revenue Authority, and registration with PEC. A Rs. 2000 tender fee and 2% bid security in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank are mandatory. Bidders must submit a Rs. 100 stamp affidavit attested by a first-class magistrate confirming the accuracy of bid information along with the TSE number and work title.
The tender documents can be obtained and viewed electronically at www.bppra.gob.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically only via the supplier dashboard by 06 August 2026 at 12:00 PM. Tender opening will be held the same day at 01:00 PM on the EPPS system. The submission address is Block 7 Civil Secretariat Quetta.
