Provision, Installation and Commissioning of Winch for Greasing of Wire Rope of SLTS

Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Ltd. is inviting sealed bids from experienced sub-contractors for the provision, installation, and commissioning of a winch specifically for greasing the wire rope of SLTS. All works are to be carried out at the Ship Repair Division, Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Ltd., West Wharf Road, Karachi. To participate, bidders must purchase the bidding documents from the Ship Repair Division at KS&EW for a non-refundable fee of PKR 3,000, as per Rule-23(5) of the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bids must be submitted in both technical and commercial envelopes, prepared strictly according to the instructions in the documents. The deadline for submission is 28 September 2026, and bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hrs in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives.
