Tender Description
Higher Education Commission (HEC) seeks to prequalify firms for providing wired and wireless media services for PERN last-mile and long-haul connectivity across Pakistan. The prequalification covers multiple regions including North, Central, and South Pakistan.
The scope includes provisioning of fiber optics, wireless technologies, managed capacities, and allied transmission equipment to establish high-speed, secure, and scalable connectivity for PERN member institutions. Firms must demonstrate technical capability, valid licenses, financial strength, and experience in similar projects. The prequalification is valid for three years and will enable firms to participate in subsequent bidding processes for specific connectivity segments.
