These works involve transportation, civil construction, duct line laying, and electrical infrastructure installation in Islamabad. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with specialized codes EE-04, EE-05, CE-10 renewed up to 30th June 2027 and have NTN, General Sales Tax (GST), and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) registration.
