Works for 600KW Pelton Turbine and 3.2MW Rehra Power Station Repair and Maintenance

AJK Power Development Organization Muzaffarabad invites sealed bids under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure for important works involving power house Unit# 01 & 02 with 600KW Pelton turbine. The scope includes dismantling, modification of mechanical parts and governing system, repair and maintenance, transportation, installation, testing, and commissioning of the 3.2MW Rehra Power Station located in District Bagh, Azad Jammu & Kashmir. This tender is specifically for experienced and eligible bidders licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above with relevant experience in similar works. Items being procured: - Dismantling of mechanical parts of Unit# 01 & 02 600KW Pelton turbine - Modification of mechanical parts and governing system - Repair and maintenance works - Transportation of equipment - Installation, testing, and commissioning of 3.2MW Rehra Power Station The technical scope covers comprehensive mechanical and electrical repair works at the power station site, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with safety standards. Bidders must provide a bid security of Rs. 200,000 in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee favoring the Deputy Director (O&M), AJK Power Development Organization. All applicable taxes and duties in AJK will be deducted from the successful bidder's payments. Bidding documents can be obtained upon submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 10,000 via bank draft in favor of Managing Director AJK PDO. Sealed bids must be submitted by 30th September 2026 at 14:00 hours and will be opened the same day at 14:30 hours in the office of Deputy Director (O&M), Power Development Organization, Upper Chatter, Muzaffarabad. Bidders or their authorized representatives are encouraged to attend the bid opening. The employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per AJK PPRA Rule #33(1).
