Works for Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF Base by Military Engineer Services

The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites sealed tenders for works related to the provision of certain facilities at the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) Base located in Chaklala. This procurement is conducted under PPRA Rule 13 (1) of 2004 and involves multiple works with significant estimated costs. Items being procured: - Provision of certain facilities at PAF Base (MM) Rs. 12.430 Million - Provision of certain facilities at PAF Base (MM) Rs. 39.552 Million - Provision of certain facilities at PAF Base (NN) Rs. 55.120 Million Firms must furnish details including work orders, location, and pictures of completed projects along with satisfactory completion certificates from users. Experience in construction, electrical, mechanical, plumbing works, or services with PEC relevant field eligibility is mandatory. Contractors must provide certificates confirming no litigation with government departments, no outstanding reports from Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation, and must submit NTN certificates, income tax returns for the last three years, bank statements, and personnel lists. Only firms enlisted with PEC in Category C-2 and above, preferably enlisted with MES in Category A, are eligible. Non-enlisted firms must provide 2% bid security refundable.
