The Office of the Deputy Commissioner Gilgit invites sealed tenders from well reputed and registered firms for various works during the financial year 2026-2027. These tenders are also applicable to all programmes and special occasions taking place in District Gilgit in addition to the regular budget. Items being procured: - Others/Misc Items - R/O Transport - Hiring of Private Vehicles - Office Stationery - Fair & Exhibitions The scope includes provision of miscellaneous items, transport services, hiring of private vehicles, supply of office stationery, and arrangements for fairs and exhibitions. The tender requires submission of call deposits and tender document fees as specified for each item. The bidder for repair of government vehicles must provide genuine parts and the rates include labor charges for mechanics. Rates quoted must remain valid from 1st July 2026 to 30th June 2027. Quotations must be computerized, signed, and stamped; manual writing is not accepted. Affidavit of non-blacklisting and no court cases must be submitted along with attested documents from a magistrate. Bank statements for the last two years are also required.
