Prequalification of Workshops for Repair and Maintenance of Official Vehicles

The Geological Survey of Pakistan, Islamabad, is inviting prequalification applications from experienced and tax-registered auto workshops for the repair and maintenance of its official vehicles during the Financial Years 2025-26 and 2026-27. This procurement specifically targets workshops with operational facilities in Rawalpindi and Islamabad capable of servicing a fleet including Toyota Vigo, Toyota Hilux, Mitsubishi Pajero, Toyota Corolla, Land Rover Defender, Toyota Landcruiser, Prado, and others. The scope includes comprehensive vehicle repair and maintenance services covering mechanical, electrical, body works, wheel balancing, alignment, painting, and air conditioning repairs. The selected workshops will be required to provide original spare parts and ensure timely service delivery as per purchase orders issued by the Geological Survey of Pakistan. Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR and ATL status, a minimum of one year of relevant experience, and a fully operational workshop in the specified cities. Bidders must submit a refundable bid security of PKR 50,000 in the form of a pay order or bank draft. The submission deadline is 21st May 2026 at 1500 hours, with bids to be submitted both electronically via EPADS and in hard copy to the Geoscience Advance Research Laboratories, Park Road, Chak Shahzad, Islamabad. The technical bid must be complete and free from overwriting or cutting.
