Tender Description
The Urban Planning & Development Department Quetta Division invites electronic bids for important water supply and solar energy works in Quetta city. The procurement is based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2026, Government of Balochistan, amended up-to-date. Items being procured:
- WSS with Solar Bore at Sra Ghurgai
- WSS Killi Nazir Bostan with Solar and Water Tank
- WSS at Mehrajuddin Malah Baz Khan Muslimbagh Road Kuchlak Quetta
- Establishment of Tunnel Frame with Solar Raised Agriculture Bore at Sra Ghurgai Quetta
The scope includes installation of solar-powered water supply systems and construction of related infrastructure at multiple locations within Quetta Division. The project demands specialized technical expertise in solar energy integration and water supply system construction. Eligible firms must have valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-4 or above, and relevant specialized codes. Registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority and active tax payer list (ATL) status is mandatory. Firms must demonstrate at least two completed assignments of similar nature and provide bid security of 3% via Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank.
The tender documents can be downloaded from the BPPRA website www.bppra.org.pk. Tender processing fee of Rs. 3500/- must be deposited in government treasury under account C-03870 through Green Challan Form at National Bank of Pakistan (NBP). Bids must be submitted electronically by 12th November 2026 at 09:00 AM via the supplier dashboard. Tender opening will be held the same day at 10:00 AM on EPPS System. Submission and issuance place is the Office of the Executive Engineer Urban Planning & Development Department Quetta Division. Bid validity period is ninety (90) days.
