Tender Description
The Urban Planning & Development Department Quetta Division Quetta invites electronic tenders for important infrastructure works under the Composite Schedule of Rates 2026, Government of Balochistan, amended up-to-date. The works include:
- WSS with Solar System at Killi Noon Uddin Agha, Killi Agha Jan, Bashir Nasir street Killi Nasran, Killi Gulbagh Samungli Quetta, Mazaghabragh Zubair Toba Achakzai Tehsil Dobandi
- WSS with Solar system Killi Rehimullah Chaman
- WSS with solar system Killi Haji Qillah Abdullah and WSS Shin Tangri Pishin
- Construction of Side Drains and Tuff Tile at Killi Ibrahim Quetta (PSDP No. 5506 (2026-2327))
These projects require contractors with valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-4 or above and relevant specialization codes. Firms must also be registered with Balochistan Revenue Authority, have valid income tax registration, and be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR. Turnover for the last three years is mandatory. Bidders must submit a Bid Security in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee of 3% of the bid value. The tender processing fee is Rs. 2500/- plus Rs. 3000/- tender fee payable via government treasury under account C-03870 through Green Challan at National Bank of Pakistan (NBP).
Bid submission is electronic only via the supplier dashboard by 09 September 2026 at 09:00 AM. Tender opening will be on the same day at 10:00 PM on EPPS System. The place of issuance and submission is the Office of the Executive Engineer Urban Planning & Development Department Quetta Division Quetta. Bid validity period is ninety (90) days.
