The Public Health Engineering Division Pishin invites sealed tenders based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2026, Government of Balochistan, for important water supply system works and supply of pipes under BSDI Phase III in Pishin district. The works include: - WSS at Killi Samzai Tehsil Huramzai, Killi Kamalzai, Killi Tora Shah, Killi Malikyar No-II District Pishin BSDI Phase-III: i. D/D of bore 900ft (4 JOB) ii. S/I of Solar System (4 SET) iii. Laying of HDP pipe line (4 JOB) - WSS at New Killi Tora Shah, Killi Mughtian, Masjidmalzai, Killi Old Haikalzai District Pishin BSDI Phase III: i. D/D of bore 900ft (4 JOB) ii. S/I of Solar System (4 SET) iii. Laying of HDP pipe line (4 JOB) - Supply of PVC Pipe and HDPE Pipe (BSDI Phase III): i. Supply of HDPE Pipe 75mm (14604 Rft) ii. Supply of HDPE Pipe 90mm (1200 Rft) iii. Supply of HDPE Pipe 50mm (1100 Rft) The tender requires bidders to be active taxpayers, registered with Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority, and not blacklisted by any authority including PEC and PPRA. The bidder must have completed at least 3 similar assignments with a minimum PKR 30,287,572 turnover in the last 3 years. PEC category C-5 and above (up to 65 million) in relevant categories and specialized codes CE09(ii) (Water Supply), EE11(i) (Solar), EE11(ii) (Solar Energy), EE11(iii) (Solar Energy system), EE11(vi) (General Electrical Works Only) are required. Affidavits on Rs. 100 Stamp Paper notarized must be submitted confirming no conflict of interest, no pending litigation exceeding 50% of net worth, no contract non-performance in last 5 years, and must attach CDR & Green Challan. Bid security of 2% of bid value in form of Bank Guarantee is mandatory. Opening will be same day at 12:00 PM on EPPS System 9. The office of the Deputy Commissioner District Pishin is the submission and opening venue.
