The Engineering (Parliament House E&M) invites sealed bids for the Year Round Maintenance of Honorable Speaker Lift at Parliament House (RRC) for the fiscal year 2026-27 in Islamabad. This procurement is for the maintenance and servicing of one lift to ensure smooth and trouble-free operation from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM including all allied facilities as per the specifications. The contract includes maintenance during normal working hours and additional hours after 5:00 PM, weekends, and holidays with prior approval. Items being procured: - Maintenance of 1 No. lift during 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM (12 months) - Additional maintenance hours after 05:00 PM and on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (1200 hours) The scope covers preventive maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, emergency and minor repairs, and ensuring the lift operates at designed speed and capacity without vibration. The contractor must provide qualified lift mechanics and semi-skilled workers with specified experience. The lift engineer must be present during operation hours. The contract is initially for one year starting from the commencement date and may be renewed. Bidders must be registered with PEC in category ME-01 and have valid FBR registration.
