Tender Description
The Directorate of Works and Implementation, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites bids for a comprehensive Youth Development Package covering multiple projects in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including the establishment of a Jawan Markaz at Headquarters Parachinar, a Female Gymnasium and Fitness Club near Baisakhi Football Ground D.I. Khan, and a Horse-Riding Club at Peshawar and D.I. Khan. These projects are part of the 2025-2026 ADP and aim to enhance youth facilities across the province.
The technical scope includes construction works for the Jawan Markaz in Tribal District Kurram with an estimated cost of **PKR 151.42 million**, the Female Gymnasium and Fitness Club in D.I. Khan estimated at **PKR 234.833 million**, and the Horse-Riding Club construction at D.I. Khan with an estimated cost of **PKR 121.224 million**. All works require PEC registration with categories C4 and above for the Jawan Markaz and Horse-Riding Club, and C3 and above for the Female Gymnasium and Fitness Club. Bidders must be registered with FBR and ATL and demonstrate relevant experience in similar civil works.
The tender follows a Single Stage Two Envelopes E-Bidding System through the E-PADS platform.
