Zero Point & View Point Tourist Site Infrastructure Enhancement Including Construction of 4 Washrooms Seating Arrangements and Water Tanks Tehsil Ziarat BSDI Phase III

The Municipal Committee Ziarat invites eligible bidders for the execution of infrastructure enhancement works at Zero Point and View Point Tourist Site in Tehsil Ziarat BSDI Phase III. The project includes construction of 4 washrooms, seating arrangements, and water tanks to improve tourist facilities. Items being procured: - Infrastructure enhancement at Zero Point & View Point Tourist Site - Construction of 4 washrooms - Seating arrangements - Water tanks The procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above (up to 25 million PKR) and have registration with the Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority. Firms must be on the Active Taxpayer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency. The procedure is Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding. Bid security of 3% of the bid amount must be submitted as a bank guarantee or deposit from a scheduled bank. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Chief Officer Ziarat upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 1500 PKR. The last date for bid submission is 24 September 2026 till 01:00 PM.
