Zoom Meeting Workplace Business Plan Licenses for Video Conferencing

Pakistan Revenue Automation Pvt Limited (PRAL) based in Islamabad Capital Territory is procuring Zoom Meeting Workplace Business Plan licenses for its video conferencing needs for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement involves the supply and activation of eight (08) Zoom licenses under the Business Plan for a period of one year. The licenses must be provisioned in the name of PRAL in the official Zoom administrative portal and support a wide range of features including HD video meetings, breakout rooms, meeting recording, team chat, whiteboard collaboration, integrated mail and calendar, AI companion features, and advanced security controls. The technical scope includes license provisioning with up to 300 participants per meeting, meetings lasting up to 30 hours, 10 GB cloud recording per license, end-to-end encryption, unlimited whiteboards, AI-generated transcription and summaries, Zoom Clips and Notes, single sign-on, custom branding, managed domain, in-meeting polls, live chat support, and detailed admin reporting tools. The centralized management dashboard must allow user, license, policy, device, and security management with integration capabilities.
