Tender Description

This tender invites bids for the supply and installation of a 06 KW solar system at the Tando Adam Court under the District and Sessions Court, Sanghar. The project involves providing a hybrid solar inverter, Tier-1 mono PERC solar panels, lithium-ion battery bank, mounting structures, wiring, and all associated installation and commissioning services. The system will be installed on reinforced concrete pedestals with proper waterproofing and rust-proof mounting structures designed to withstand winds up to 150 km/h. The site is located in Sanghar, Sindh, and requires adherence to specified technical standards and warranties. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), and comply with the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended 2022). The tender follows a Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure with technical bids opened online first, followed by financial bids of technically qualified bidders. Earnest Money of PKR 30,000 is required in the form of a bank draft or pay order, and a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 1,000 must be submitted physically before the deadline.
