The materials must meet international standards for durability, corrosion resistance, and suitability for use in water supply and drainage systems exposed to harsh conditions. Bidders are required to provide detailed technical specifications and compliance certificates with their bids. Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and listed on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in supplying similar materials to public sector organizations will be considered an advantage.
