Tender Description
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE), Saidu Sharif Swat is inviting bids from authorized dealers, manufacturers, and registered suppliers for the procurement of E-marking answer books along with OSM software, DMCs, and original certificates. This procurement is under a framework contract following the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules, 2014.
Bidders must submit their bids online via the E-PADS system, with the original bid security submitted in a sealed envelope. The bid security must be in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Demand Draft (DD) in favor of the Secretary BISE Saidu Sharif Swat. The tender aims to ensure timely and efficient supply of examination-related materials and software for the Board's operations.
