Tender Description
The tender invites electronic bids for the supply, installation, maintenance, and support of desktop IT equipment for the fiscal year 2025-26. The procurement is divided into six packages covering Desktop PCs, Workstation Desktop PCs, Laptops, Thin Clients, Color Printers, and Tabloid Color Printers. The scope includes delivery on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, installation, configuration, warranty, and a service level agreement (SLA) for up to five years. The equipment must meet specified technical requirements and certifications, and the supplier must provide onsite comprehensive OEM warranty and support services.
Bidders must be registered with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and submit bids electronically via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Bid security is required for each package, and bids will be evaluated separately for each package. The contract includes detailed terms for delivery, installation, testing, operational acceptance, and post-warranty support with defined reporting and resolution times.
