Tender Description
The Hydrocarbon Development Institute of Pakistan invites electronic bids for the purchase of a Vacuum Pump Kit and Accucell Sample Cups specifically for the XOS Sindie 2622 Sulphur Analyzer. The Vacuum Pump Kit must be installed by the designated vendor and handed over in fully operational condition with a satisfactory service report confirming system performance, calibration, and readiness for use.
Bids must be submitted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) by the specified closing date. An earnest money deposit of Rs. 60,000 is required in the form of Call Deposit, Bank Draft, or Pay Order. Manual bids will not be accepted. The institute reserves the right to accept or reject any bids and to forfeit earnest money or blacklist firms in case of non-compliance.
