Catering Services for Parliamentarians, Employees, Media Persons and Visitors in Meetings and Conferences

The Special Investment Facilitation Council Division invites sealed tenders from reputed firms/vendors to provide catering services for Parliamentarians, Employees, Media Persons, and other visitors during meetings, conferences, and seminars in Islamabad. The tender requires caterers with a financially sound track record and proper production and distribution facilities within the Islamabad Municipal Corporation area. Tender documents including menu items and draft contract are available on E-PADS and official websites. Firms must submit a profile demonstrating experience, staff skills, and client list. An earnest money deposit of 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of a bank draft before the closing date. Tenders must be uploaded on E-PADS by the specified deadline and will be opened by the committee in the SIFCD office.
