Tender Description
The Rawalpindi Cantonment Board invites e-bids for the contract of lifting garbage from the transfer station located at Old Daewoo Bus Stop Peshawar Road and relocating it to a trenching ground at Moza Chahan Chakri Road, approximately 30 km away. The contract includes loading and dumping of garbage using vehicles under the jurisdiction of the Rawalpindi Cantonment Board.
The contract duration is two years, extendable by one year based on performance. The contractor is responsible for daily clearance of the transfer station, dumping garbage at the trenching ground, and maintaining cleanliness. Penalties apply for non-compliance. The contractor must also manage diesel/petrol and vehicle repairs, with price adjustments for diesel fluctuations shared between the board and contractor.
