Pakistan Tobacco Board intends to hire consulting firms or organizations for validation of CSR activities of major tobacco companies and assessment of their impact in tobacco-growing areas. The consultancy will involve detailed evaluation based on prescribed standards and submission of information specific to the proposed services. The selection will be conducted through a Quality & Cost Based Selection method in accordance with the Procurement of Consultancy Services Regulations 2010. The electronic expression of interest must be submitted through EPADS before the specified closing date and time.
