Tender Description
National Investment Trust Limited (NIT) invites bids for the supply, installation, maintenance, and technical support of an advanced video conferencing system at its Head Office in Karachi. The system includes an 86-inch interactive electronic meeting board with high-definition video and audio capabilities, external cameras, microphones, and associated hardware and software.
The procurement includes a three-year OEM-backed warranty and support service with onsite training and timely maintenance. Delivery and commissioning are required within six to eight weeks after the purchase order, with bids submitted electronically through the EPADS portal by December 10, 2025.
