Tender Description
This tender invites sealed bids for the supply of NIV dressing and related medical stores items as per the detailed schedule (35 items) attached in Annex A. The procurement is intended to fulfill the Pakistan Navy's requirements for medical supplies during the fiscal year 2026-27, with delivery scheduled between 1st July 2026 and 30th June 2027.
The tender follows a single stage two-envelope bidding procedure, requiring separate technical and commercial offers. Evaluation will be based on technical compliance and lowest technically evaluated bid. The scope includes supply of medical consumables, surgical disposables, and related pharmaceutical items with strict adherence to quality, shelf life, and regulatory standards.
