Tender Description
The Directorate of Animal Husbandry Sindh, Hyderabad invites sealed bids from manufacturers and importers for the procurement of Veterinary Medicines, Vaccines (imported), and Veterinary Instruments (Hospital Tools) for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement covers supply to the Directorate and its field offices across Sindh including Karachi, Thatta, Sujawal, Badin, Tharparkar, Umerkot, Mirpurkhas, Tando Allahyar, Matiari, Sanghar, Shaheed Benazirabad, Naushahro Feroze, Khairpur, Chondko, Sukkur, Ghotki, Kashmore, Jacobabad, Shikarpur, Larkana, Kamber Shahdadkot, Kachho Johi, Dadu, Jamshoro, and Kohistan Thana Bola Khan.

The technical scope includes supply of medicines and vaccines with appropriate packing sizes proportional to herd size and disease prevalence, ensuring minimum shelf life of 75% or at least 18 months. All items must be brand new, free from defects, and comply with technical specifications. The successful bidder is responsible for transportation, installation, calibration, testing, and demonstration of equipment at designated sites without additional cost. Spare parts availability for at least five years must be confirmed.
Eligibility criteria require valid registration with DRAP, cGMP certification, manufacturing/import licenses, proof of raw material origin, SECP registration, ISO certification, and FBR/ATL registration. Bidders must provide evidence of experience, financial standing, and technical capacity. Bid security of 2.5% and performance security of 10% are mandatory. Bids will be evaluated on technical and financial merit with a minimum technical score of 60 out of 100.
Key dates: Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal by **30th September 2026, 12:00 PM**. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM at the Directorate office, Ground Floor Block-A, Shahbaz Building, Hyderabad. Original bid security and tender fee pay orders must be submitted with the technical proposal.
