Tender Description
The District and Sessions Court, Tando Allahyar invites electronically encrypted bids for the installation of a 6 kW solar power system at its court complex. The scope includes supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of hybrid inverter, solar panels, lithium battery bank, framing, wiring, and related electrical items. The contract requires completion within 30 days from purchase order issuance.
Bidders must be registered, experienced, and compliant with tax regulations. Bid security of Rs. 28,900 is required. Bids are to be submitted online via the SPPRA e-Procurement (ePAD) portal by 22nd December 2025 at 11:30 PM. Technical proposals will be opened online on the same day at 12:00 Noon. The contract includes a minimum one-year warranty and onsite support. The procurement follows Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended 2022).
