Tender Description
The National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) invites sealed bids from sole distributors and suppliers for the procurement of a -80°C Medical Deep Freezer intended for the Clinical Trial Unit (CTU Lab) at NUMS-NIASR. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and comply with all mandatory registrations and work permits.
The procurement follows the PPRA's Single Stage-Two Envelopes method, requiring separate sealed technical and financial proposals. Manual bids are not accepted. The tender documents can be obtained upon submission of a non-refundable demand draft of PKR 3,000. The bid security of 2% is refundable and must accompany the financial bid. Technical bids will be opened on the closing date at NUMS Rawalpindi in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
