Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the supply of Conical Mount Model T-90, compatible with MAN Main Engine Model 16PA4V185, Germany. The procurement includes 8 units of the specified part, sourced from OEM Vulkan Germany. The contract requires delivery within 6 months on FOR basis with 100% payment after issuance of CRV post successful inspection.
The tender follows PPRA Rules 2004 and Defence Purchase Procedure & Instructions. Bidders must submit technical and commercial offers in separate sealed envelopes, comply with DGDP registration requirements, and provide all necessary documentation including OEM certificates, warranty, and earnest money. Inspection will be conducted by CINS and joint inspection teams as applicable.
