Tender Description
This tender is for the procurement of hardware equipment including desktop systems, web cameras, single fingerprint scanners, and multi-function printers. The procurement supports the computerization of Arms Licenses issued by the Home Office Gilgit Baltistan under a contract agreement signed on 2nd January 2023. The hardware will be delivered to the G-9 NADRA Store Department and must meet specified technical standards including latest generation Intel processors, Windows 11 OS, and certified fingerprint scanners.
The delivery timeline is 6-8 weeks with 100% payment after successful delivery and quality check. A 10% performance security in the form of a bank guarantee is required. The tender follows the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 1st January 2026 at 11:00 am.
