Tender Description
The Local Fund Audit Department, Government of Sindh, Karachi, invites sealed bids for the supply and procurement of physical assets including branded desktop computers with accessories, UPS units, water dispenser, split air conditioner with stabilizer, and office furniture. The procurement aims to strengthen operational activities and support the office of the Director, Local Fund Audit Department. The delivery and installation of goods are required within 15 business days following contract effectiveness.
Bidders must be registered and have an operational office in Sindh. The procurement will be conducted through national competitive bidding under the Sindh Public Procurement Rules, 2010. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority's e-procurement system. The contract will be awarded on a package basis to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder meeting all qualification criteria.
