Tender Description
The National Logistics Cell (NLC) invites sealed tenders from original equipment manufacturers or authorized dealers for the supply of 4,037 tyres of size 11.00R20. The tyres are required for batches in Rawalpindi, Bahawalpur, Lahore, and Rawalpindi. The procurement is conducted under a single stage two envelope bidding procedure, requiring technical and financial proposals.
Tenders must be submitted at the NLC Rawalpindi office before 10 December 2025 by 11:00 hours, with the opening of bids scheduled for the same day at 11:30 hours. Bid security of Rs. 1,000,000 and tender fee of Rs. 2,000 must accompany the technical offer. Bids not meeting these criteria will be rejected.
