Supply of Food and Catering Services, Table Calendars, Executive Shields, Wooden Shields, Pens, Souvenir Bags, Mugs, Writing Pads, and New Year Cards

Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University, Peshawar invites sealed tenders from reputed national and international firms registered with the Sales Tax Department, Government of Pakistan. The procurement includes supply of food and catering services along with various stationery and souvenir items such as table calendars, executive and wooden shields, pens, souvenir bags, mugs, writing pads, and new year cards. Interested firms must submit sealed bids with 2% bid security in the form of a call deposit in favor of the Treasurer, Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University. Tender documents can be obtained from the Treasurer's office upon payment of the specified fee. Bids will be opened on the closing date in the presence of bidders or their agents. Conditional and incomplete bids will not be entertained, and applicable taxes will be deducted as per government rules.
