Tender Description
The National Defence University Islamabad invites sealed tenders from well reputed GST registered firms for the provision of IT items including refurbished computer servers and Network Attached Storage (NAS). The tender aims to procure these IT assets to enhance the university's technological infrastructure.
Interested bidders must submit earnest money in the form of bank draft or pay-order equivalent to 2% of their offer. The tender documents must be submitted by 1300 hours on December 8, 2025, and will be opened the same day at 1400 hours in the presence of authorized representatives. The university reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity of items and to accept or reject any or all bids.
