Military College of Signals (MCS), a constituent college of NUST, invites sealed bids for the purchase of GPU based machine with UPS and external storage device from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, or contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities. The procurement follows a single stage two envelope procedure for IT equipment items only. Bidding documents are available at MCS and can be downloaded free of cost from the official website. Bids must be submitted in sealed packages and reach the President Local Purchase Committee before 1130 hrs on 19 December 2025. Technical bids will be opened at 1200 hrs on the same day, with financial bids opened publicly for technically qualified bids. The procurement is national in nature with a bid validity of 90 days extendable up to 120 days.
