Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the supply of 30 sets of spares for 150 KVA Caterpillar Diesel Generators, model C-18, serial numbers ELM05436 and ELM07545. The procurement includes imported store requirements with prices inclusive of 18% sales tax. The delivery period is six months, and the contract will be awarded based on the lowest technically accepted offer.
The tender follows PPRA Rules 2004 and Defence Purchase Procedure & Instructions (DPP&I-35 Revised 2019). Firms must submit technical and commercial offers in duplicate, comply with DGDP registration requirements, and provide all necessary documentation including OEM certificates, financial capability proof, and earnest money. Inspection will be conducted by the Chief Inspector of Naval Stores (CINS).
