Tender Description
This tender invites bids from financially sound and well-reputed firms for the repair and replacement of bullet proof glasses and heavy duty tires for various models of Armored Personnel Carriers (APCs) in Peshawar under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police Department. The scope covers APC models including Mohafiz (2008-2013), V8 (2015), Hudson (2016), and Protector (2018-2021). The work involves sourcing and fitting bullet proof glasses at B6 and B7 levels and heavy duty tires suitable for load range E & D, ensuring operational readiness and safety of police transport vehicles.
The repair and replacement tasks will be carried out at the Telecommunication Headquarters, Malik Saad Shaheed Lines, Peshawar. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities including income tax, sales tax, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority where applicable. The procurement follows the KPPRA Rules 2014 with a single stage two envelope bidding method through the E-PADS portal, ensuring transparency and competitive pricing.
Interested bidders should ensure compliance with PEC registration and maintain an active FBR ATL status for the fiscal year 2025-26.
